Demolition Project in Putnam County

Florahomes, Florida - Easy Street - Putnam County

This project was done for the property owner after the building was condemned by the county. It required a Demolition Permit from Putnam county, which we take care of for the customer as part of the project. We were able to get the job done in a timely manner that satisfied the property owner and the county. The building was torn down and put into two roll-off dumpster in two days. We make the arrangmets with the roll-off dumpster company to have the dumpsters on site before the work begins, and have them picked up. All this is done to make the whole process easy for our customers.

Demolition Project in Putnam County

Part of the Permitting process requires the permit to be posted and the area be roped off. We take care of every step for the customer, including call the county for the first inspection.

After the County approves the first phase of the permitting process, the work begins the following day.

After the completion of the demolition of the building, and removal of all the debris we contact the county for the final inspection. After the final inspection we notify the customer that the project is completed and the county is satisfied.
